Accessibility matters here.
Our audience includes people with changing vision, hearing, dexterity and attention. That is not an edge case for us. It is the audience.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards across the core website experience. That includes readable type at comfortable sizes, clear heading structure, full keyboard access, visible focus states, descriptive links, tested color contrast, properly labeled form fields and support for reduced-motion preferences.
What we have done
- Body copy set no smaller than 16.5px on mobile, with generous line height
- Every interactive target sized for comfortable tapping
- All motion disabled automatically when a visitor prefers reduced motion
- The intake form usable entirely by keyboard, with errors announced to screen readers
- No autoplaying audio, no carousels, and no motion-dependent interactions
